Valentine Treats

I made these treats for my kids to hand out at their daycare Valentine's party. It is all Close To My Heart products. I used my old school sizzix machine to cut out all the hearts. I then tied the hearts onto each treat using Cocoa ribbon. There is a mini hershey bar in each one...not very much candy so the parent's should be happy. Hope you enjoy.

Cupcakes with 0 Calories

I made a really cute project for a baby shower that I went to on Saturday. I made cupcakes out of onesies that you can get at Target or Wal-Mart. I took a cake board, and covered it in Close To My Heart paper, and then I trimmed the edge and white ric-rac also from CTMH. I put the 'cupcakes' in Wilton cupcake cups, and taped them to the board. I then added die cuts from Creative Memories. as the center of each cupcake. I placed a bottle in the center of the board, and designed a tag to with it. The paper pieced cupcake from the tag is from one of the Christmas stamp sets from CTMH. I used CTMH and Creative Memories paper for the cupcake, and tied it to the bottle using blue ric-rac that I had in my stash. Hope you like it.

Birthday Flower Card

I am not doing so well on my resolution to post new messages to my blog every week, but I will try my best to definitely post more than I did last year. For starters, here is a card I made using cardstock, stamps and ink from Close To My Heart, patterned paper from Michael's (not sure the company), embossing powder, and I can't remember what the little baubles are called.
