Squirrelly Birthday

Welcome!

Todays card is a birthday card I created for my Dad's birthday. He has a pecan orchard so I immediately thought of a card with a pesky squirrel on it. It even has a mini pecan on it from the orchard.

Here Piggy, Piggy!

Welcome!

Today's card was made for a special Arkansian. My coworker grew up in Arkansas, and she loves the Razorbacks, but we give her a hard time that they are just piggies. So, I made her a piggy card.

Pocahontas

Here in our little Town, they had a baby pageant the other day. The theme this year was Disney. So, I decided to refashion Audrey a costume out of something that was in my stash. It used to be a long sleeve top for fall or winter and I turned it into a cute Pocahontas outfit. She didn't do so hot in the pageant, but I do think she made a rather cute Pocahontas if I do say so myself. On the bright side, we already have a Halloween costume for this year.

HB2U, Now make a wish!

Welcome!

I am going to showcase 2 cards for you today. They are both bold and bright Birthday cards. They would be perfect for a boy's birthday.

The first one has a candle on it, which adds a fun touch.

Oh, Baby!

Welcome!

I have two cards to share with you today.

This first card was for a special order since I hadn't created any girl baby cards yet. I whipped out my sewing machine and some quilt batting and made a mini baby blanket. I think it turned out rather cute for my first card using my sewing machine.

The second card is is also one I have in my stash to sell. I used a layout from one of my magazines, and came up with this.
